A Night Out With Auntie Em!

Emilee had date night with my sister. She watched him and I went to visit my friend in East Texas. The word love doesn't begin to describe how crazy they both are about each other. Davis lights up as soon as he sees her walk in the door. And she is all about that kid. It just melts my heart. Has to be the cutest thing ever.

Why can't he wake up like this all the time? Precious.

Gatti Town! Davis loves pizza as much as I do. Definitely my kid!

Baby bowler! Watch out, now!

And he's out of there!! I would say she wore him out....and had a BLAST!!

Friday Confessional

Photobucket
I confess that I feel really old because I still left a little after 11:30.
And Davis was a demon child yesterday morning, so I placed him in his crib to calm down. He fell asleep. I let him take a cat nap.
Lunch time came and I was too lazy to throw anything together. We went to McDonald's. I hadn't been to McDonald's in years. Davis had his first happy meal and devoured every last morsel. I on the other hand, felt like and awful mom. But damn it was good!
Instead of changing Davis' clothes that he spilled milk on, I let him run around with no clothes on. I just told myself his skin was airing out. We played outside in the backyard (the neighbors couldn't see me in my big sweats) and we had a fun time running around....while I cleaned up poop. That was fun!
I confess that again, although I had an amazing time with my girlfriends, how in the world did I used to do that so much? I had no headache...I was TIRED! Whew, mama can't handle that. But the sushi was great and the girl talk was even better!
I confess that I didn't even have my typical glass of wine with dinner last night. Shocking, right!?!

GIRL'S NIGHT!-WW

Not so wordless....

One of my really dear friends came to see me this past weekend and I was so beyond excited! Mama needed a break times a million. Billion. To infinity and beyond. (Davis isn't old enough to watch Toy Story, so that's all me. So even though you have no idea who these people are, that's okay, you can pretend.

Erika hadn't seen Davis since about two months, so he has gotten just a little bigger since then!! So, he could pass for her son over mine!!

And we are out the door and the rest is history!

My best friend, Candice, came and met us out.

This not so wordless, wordless Wednesday was brought to you by a lot of screaming, therefore followed by several beers. Thank you.
